It does have another damaging attack with no drawback, but poor Joe is too dumb to realize he's fighting an impossible battle when he keeps healing your Pokmon in the same stroke as he damages them

Drawing cards is still incredible though, so I wont write this case off

Dreg Mangler and Golgari Brownscale are also not at the top end of power scale for the scavenge and dredge cards, so Im okay with those cuts
